Thank you, thank you, thank you for a WONDERFUL Move In Day experience. We couldn't believe how many people there were to help us first of all, find our way to the dorm, and then offer to help us carry my son's things in. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We had RA's stop into the room several times to see if they could help with anything, answer questions, etc. It put this nervous mom's mind at ease. I know my son will be in good hands this year! Thanks again!
i agree with nancy. it was a wonderfull experience. lots of help from upperclassmen...and ladies! it is very re-assuring to think that our son will be a part of the whole thing.
i cant agree more !!!our truck was empty with in two minutes and everything in the room before we even found it .absolutely great ppl to work with.and even a plant given to our daughter and her roomy.it couldnt have gone better thank you
Well I'm glad somebody was offered help. The only offer of help we received came after my son and I had moved his stuff into his 3rd floor room. I also did not see anybody stopping in to offer help or answer questions.
Thank you for a wonderful move in day. Everyone was so helpful from where our daughters dorm was and where to park and unload. I had to only make on trip to her 3rd floor room and with everyone offering to help carry her stuff to her room, she was moved in to her dorm room in less than 30 mins. This was wonderful because my husband and I are both handicaped. The RA's were very helpful with moving the furniture around to answering questions. Getting around campus was fun. We got lost many times but there was always someone to point us in the right direction or bring us there. You put my mind at ease knowing that my daughter is in such good hands!! Thank you again!!
Parking was a challenge but once we were able to do that it did not take long for us to unload. We had a couple of people offer to help unload the trunk. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you.
We had a wonderful move in day experience. Many people stopped by to offer help and the RA at Donald Long Hall came by at least 3 times while we were unpacking to see if there was anything we needed or if we had any questions. Thank You !

I'd be curious to know what time the person who was offered no help arrived. And also what dorm he was moving into.
Nancy: We arrived at about 9:30 a.m and my son moved into Arlene Walter Hall.

Our son is in Donald Long Hall also...and the RA's stopped in several times to ask if we needed help. My son loves UWGB and the dorm life!
